After a long break, we have started updating the site again. The first part has been an update to the Home Remedies section. 

31st July

Updates to the Home Remedies and Healthy Eating sections have been posted. 

29th July

A message board has been added to the Sadhak's Tools. For those unsure about what a message board is, please click on the help button to find out more.

22nd July

A new section has been added with nice posters, wallpapers and a spiritual diary. Please click on the link 'Reminders' to visit this section. 

18th July

The Sadhak's Tools section has been updated with a few helpful tools for the Sadhak. Currently two tools have been added which will be updated weekly to provide fresh information. They are Home Remedies and Healthy Eating. Another section Related Links will now contain the links that were originally on this page. This section will be updated soon with more links to spiritual resources from around the world.
